Insurance

We are currently “out of network” providers for behavioral and mental health services. We will provide coding billing information for those who wish to file with their insurance provider.

Rates

Dr. Koehler is currently on sabbatical but available for case consultation.

15 minute free case consultation by phone.

Payment

We accept cash, check, HSA cards, and credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to a card on file.
